Who We Are
Through our own life experience, as well as our professional work with teens and adults, we know first hand the struggles people go through. It can feel frustrating and isolating with nowhere to turn for help.
In this body of work, we offer a unique program that has proven successful in our families as well as the many communities that we work with. Combining Scarlett’s expertise in deep healing and meditation practices with Phoenix’s concrete cognitive behavioral therapy processes, the lasting results are a powerful shift in overall well being, confidence and inner strength.
